A Shuttle Service is not necessary due to the fact that the car park is located only 700 metres from the terminal building and can be reached comfortably on foot within 10 minutes. Should you arrive between 8:30am and 6:00pm and would like to be taken to the airport, a car park staff member (if available) will bring you to the airport in your own car. There is a fee of €5,00 (payable locally) for such transfer each way.

Please note the following, should you wish to park your vehicle outside our opening hours:

On the day of your departure, please drive directly to the car park in Lautzenhausen and park your car in front or behind buildings 51 or 53. Please put the booking confirmation clearly visible behind the wind shield. Please bring an envelope and write your name, number plate and a four-digit pincode of your choosing onto the envelope and place your car key inside. Please put the envelope into the safe, which is located on the right hand side of the entrance to building 51.

On the day of your arrival you will find a number, between 1 and 30, behind the Wind shield of your car. Behind Building 53 you will also find 30 Mini-Safes on the wall. Please go to the safe which corresponds with the number that you have found behind your wind shield. Enter your four-digit pin code and retrieve your car key. You can now leave the car park and start your journey home.

Whilst you are away your car will be parked securely on the CC Car Check car park which is regularly patrolled by the staff. The car park has liability insurance in line with the legal requirements.

Please note:
Customers are required to leave their car keys, as it might be necessary to move the vehicle to another site, which is located approx 1,3 km from the original car park. If you have booked undercover parking, then your car will be driven to the multi-storey car park as soon as the car park opens. Your car will be waiting for you, where you originally dropped it off.

• If you arrive before 8:30am or after 6:00pm please call the car park on the day prior to your departure on the telephone number given in the booking voucher and a member of staff will advise you of the arrival procedure.
• Please note the following vehicle size restrictions: maximum height 2m; maximum width 2.3m; maximum length 6m. Larger vehicles may be accommodated on request. Please contact our customer service team.
• Please note that your vehicle might be transferred to the car park's open air space or covered spaces (depending on what you have booked) 1,6km away if the primary location is full. On the day of your return, the car will be taken back to the car park where you left it. The car park requires that you leave your car keys in the safe.
• Disabled parking spaces are available.

Features

The shuttle bus runs to and from the airport terminal every 20 minutes between the hours of 4:00am and 1:00am. The car park is being monitored 24/7 and you can keep your car keys.

HOW IT WORKS:

IMPORTANT: After you have completed your booking you will receive a separate booking voucher from Easy Airport Parking. You will only need the PARKING TICKET with the bar code to enter the car park.

HOW IT WORKS:

On entry:
Please scan the bar code on the booking confirmation by following the instructions at the car park. After you have scanned your bar code you will receive your intended parking ticket. Please take it and keep it safe as you will need it to exit the car park again.
Transfer to the airport (Outbound flight):
After you have parked your car please take your luggage to the bus stop, which is located between the entrance and the parking area, so you can take the shuttle bus to the airport.
Transfer from the airport(Inbound flight):
After you have landed and received all your luggage please make your way to the bus stop outside Terminal A. You will then get picked up in the same area where the shuttle bus dropped you off..
On exit:
Please drive up slowly towards the barrier. Please insert the parking ticket into the yellow slot just below the display. Your number plate will then get checked and matched to your booking. The barrier will then open and you can leave the car park.

Book your car park on the well lit and fenced in premises of Park at Hahn Airport and you won’t only guarantee yourself a secure parking space, but also a friendly and reliable parking experience.

Park at Hahn Airport also offers you free and individual transfers to the airport and back again for up to four passengers. Each journey takes around 10 minutes.

As a thank you you will receive one bottle of white wine from the Mosel from the Schiefersteillage from the winery Richard Erbes Zell/Merl Mosel (0,75l). You can choose from dry, semi-dry or medium from the year 2012/13!

HOW IT WORKS:
You park your car on the locked, well lit and fenced in open-air car park and you keep your car keys!
A shuttle bus will then take you directly to the airport.

For a supplement the car park provides ample parking space for large vehicles and camper vans.

HOW IT WORKS:
Park your extra large vehicle/camper van on the well lit and fenced in outdoor car park and keep your car keys!!
The parking space could be on a not fenced in car park not far from the original site.

PLEASE NOTE:

• From the 5th passenger onwards there will be a charge of 12,00 EUR per journey, because the car park will have to hire a taxi.
• The car park charges 3,00 EUR per child seat. Booster seats for children 25kg and above are free of charge.
• During busy times there could be waiting times of up to 20 minutes for the shuttle.
• To avoid paying extra charges (taxi, child seat, ect.) the car park recommends that you drop off your luggage and fellow passengers at the airport first and then drive to the car park.
• To avoid long queuing times at the check-in desk, please arrive 2,5 hours before your scheduled flight time at the car park.
• The car park WON'T take responsibility for damages or scratches whilst your vehicle is parked on the premises.
• One bottle of wine (0,75l) per vehicle.
