Nebylo nám na letišti poskytnuto zabalení kufrů a na rychlo jsme museli shánět jinde, bylo nám řečeno že došlo folie a tím to haslo, při parkování nebyla poskytnuta pomoc mé přítelkyni s kufrem dovnitř a musela se s ním táhnout sama. Po příchodu byla kancelář zamknuta a nebylo možno využít jakýchkoliv dalších nabízených služeb.

On your return to Vaclav Havel Airport, the shuttle bus driver will ask you to show your booking voucher before transferring you back to the car park.

On your return, after collecting all your luggage, please call the driver on the number given in the reservation confirmation email. Minibus driver will wait for you at exactly same place where he dropped you off and transfer you back to the car park. Payment and check out from Go Parking is a simple and quick process. Just insert your parking voucher into the automated payment machine and pay the amount shown. An ATM is available for your convenience if you do not have sufficient cash. Once you have paid, you have 10 minutes to comfortably leave the car park. Please insert the voucher at the exit barrier and the gate will then open.
