Child seats are available for children of all ages, please specify the age in the Special Request field on the booking form. The car park can offer parking spaces for the disabled and does not require your car keys. Should you have problems starting your car on your return, staff will happily help you get it back on the road.

On the day of your departure please drive directly to the car park. The shuttle bus driver will help you with your luggage and transfer you to the airport in a comfortable minibus. The journey takes around 6 minutes.

On your return please collect your luggage and call the car park for the return transfer. The telephone number will be emailed to you once your reservation has been made.

On the day of your departure, please travel to the Chopin Hotel. On your arrival, please report to reception and show your booking voucher. After quickly completing the paperwork the taxi shuttle will take you to the airport.

On your return, please ring the hotel once you have received your luggage. Your transfer back to the hotel will then be arranged.

Please note the size restrictions for cars: length: max 5m; width: max 2,3m; height: not restricted.

Cestovali sme s deťmi a všetko bolo v poriadku. Išli sme uprostred letnej sezóny a výhodou bolo, že som sa nemusel strachovať či bude alebo nebude miesto na letisku. Tu som zaparkoval v pohode. Ďakujem za skvelú službu.

Since our daughter lives in UK and we close to Vienna, we are regular customers with Ryanair and Parkvia.Previously, everything worked smoothly and it was worth paying a bit extra for the service at Hotel Chopin.The last two times this summer, the pick up service from the late arrival of FR2318 has been very bad. Both times, I had to call twice to arrange the pick up and the last time, I was snubbed although the pick up car clearly was not there when we arrived.I have already booked parking for our next flight with ParkVia and would be glad to meet with the old level of service quality.
