How the shuttle service works:
On the day of your departure please drive to the car park where the shuttle bus will take you to your departure terminal straight away.
On the day of your return the shuttle bus will be waiting for you at your terminal and take you back to your vehicle.

How the Meet & Greet service works:
On the day of your departure an employee from ParkShuttle Airport Cologne will be waiting for you in the departure area at Terminal 2. After a vehicle check your vehicle will be photographed and any existing damage will be documented. Your keys will be stored safely in the company safe and cannot get lost. .
On your return please call the car park once your flight has landed and you have received your luggage. Please go to the arrival area for Terminal 1 B/C. There, a service member will hand over your car to you.
Please have the copy of your vehicle handover protocol ready.

Zeer tevreden.Misschien handig erbij te vertellen dat wanneer je terugkomt en in de aankomsthallen staat, dan moet je met de roltrap naar de vertrekhallen op de 2e verdieping. Daar is de vertrek-terminal waar je auto weer gebracht wordt. Is niet ver, wel handig om te weten. Super tevreden en ik zou het de volgende keer weer doen.

Prima optie. Auto wordt netjes opgehaald om afgesproken tijdstip. Bij ophalen zijn ze er binnen 10 minuten. Auto in dezelfde staat terug als bij inleveren. Je hoeft je echt geen zorgen te maken dat ze er vandoor gaan met je auto. Sleutel kun je makkelijk achterlaten! Aanrader.

Book 14 days in advance and your transfer to Cologne Airport will be included in the price. De locatie is lastig te herkennen, er staat geen naam of iets dergelijks waaraan je kan zien of je op de goede plek bent. De auto staat achter een gesloten hek, er kan dus niemand bij komrn.

How the Meet & Greet service works:
On the day of your departure an employee from ParkShuttle Airport Cologne will be waiting for you in the departure area at Terminal 2. After a vehicle check your vehicle will be photographed and any existing damage will be documented. Your keys will be stored safely in the company safe and cannot get lost.
On your return please call the car park once your flight has landed and you have retrieved your luggage. Please go to the arrival area for Terminal 1 B/C. There, a service member will hand over your car to you.

HOW IT WORKS:

de parkeerplek was prima. de auto stond klaar toen we aankwamen. negatief was het feit dat we meer dan een half uur moesten wachten na aankomst op het vliegveld en toen niet met ons allen mee konden naar het parkeerterrein. het zou beter zijn als er 2 mensen waren, nl. 1 om heen en weer te rijden en 1 op het terrein zelf. nu moet je meer dan een uur rekenen vanaf het moment van aankomst op het parkeerterrein tot op de luchthaven en vanaf de luchthaven tot op het parkeerterrein. dat vind ik te lang.
